In 1999, Ted Leo played a show in New Haven, CT. Hrishikesh Hirway opened for him. Afterwards, Ted asked Hrishi if he could buy a record of his songs, but Hrishi had never recorded or released anything. So Ted invited Hrishi to come to Boston and record with him, on his 4-track analog recording set-up. These two tracks are the result of that recording session. They were released on vinyl along with two of Ted's own tracks—a cover of a Lungfish song and an original—as a split 7" single.
Ted Leo tracks: "To Whom You Were Born" (Lungfish), and "The Latest Dart."
The One AM Radio tracks: "Ohm's Law" and "Ninety-nine, One Hundred."
